Alison Baucom, M.Ed., BCBA

Hey yall! I’m Ali Baucom and I’m a certified special educator and behavior analyst. I studied special education at Texas A&M and earned a master’s of education with an emphasis in behavior analysis from Vanderbilt University. For over 15 years, I’ve worked with parents and kids in a wide range of capacities from research to nonprofits and private therapy to public education. In 2013, I founded Baucom Behavioral & Educational Services to support parents in improving routines and teaching communication, coping, and self-help skills. As a parent coach, I work with caregivers to build individualized plans based on behavioral science and support them in implementing those plans to calm the chaos and shape the skills necessary for independence and success. When I’m not working with families, you can find me gardening, hiking, cooking with my harvest (I love homemade jam), or hanging with my nephews. Thanks for stopping by!
